Privacy
Your preparation and contact details are used to provide the service, resume your journey and answer your requests. Language is stored on your device. Permitted statistics exclude contact details and free-text answers. Opting out does not block your journey. External booking services load only when you open their link.
For access, correction, deletion or data retention details, contact the controller below. You may also contact the CNIL. Your data is not sold.
Demonstration and callback
The submitted number is used for your requested callback, without further marketing calls. Depending on availability, Lya calls you or the team contacts you. Lya identifies herself as AI; any recording arrangements are announced at the beginning of the call.
Account and reception
Business, trade, email and phone details create your account and activate the service. Incoming calls and messages are processed to deliver summaries. You remain responsible for informing your customers.
Preparation and resuming
Your draft is temporarily stored so you can resume preparation. A resume link grants access to that draft: share it only with an authorised person. Account creation attaches your preparation after identity verification.
Upcoming plan
If you ask to be notified, your contact details inform you when the Pro Secretary opens. This request is neither a subscription nor consent to number porting.
Retention and recipients
Hosting providers appear below. Ask the data controller about operational retention periods that have not yet been published. Your data is not sold.
Retention chosen by the professional
In Settings › Your data, each professional chooses how long call audio, call transcripts and the full text of messages are kept: standard retention, 30 days after the request is closed, 24 hours after the last message, or no recording or transcript kept beyond processing. The useful request (who called or wrote, the need, the channel, the urgency, the next step and a short summary) is always kept.
Contacting us
The email link opens your mail application; nothing is sent without your action. Opening an external calendar takes you to the booking provider.
Publisher
Final publisher details and carrier terms must be confirmed before commercial launch.
