Request deletion in your workspace or email the contact below. Before closing, disable forwarding and check voicemail; if porting, arrange to retain your number.
In your workspace
Sign in, open Settings, Account, then Delete my account. Export your data first if needed. Enter SUPPRIMER and your password to confirm. The app shows the grace period; sign in before it ends to cancel.
What is deleted
Contacts, customer records, files, conversations, recordings and transcripts, media, tasks, appointments, drafts, settings and sign-in identity. Unused credits are lost.
What is retained
Issued or accepted quotes and credit purchase history are archived for 10 years with restricted access under article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code. They are no longer linked to contacts or conversations. Security and approval logs remain without your contacts or messages.
Without account access
Email us from your account address with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify the account holder’s identity before deletion.
Publisher
Final publisher details and carrier terms must be confirmed before commercial launch.
